Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations. Missed or late-canceled appointments will be charged in full.

Time Zone Reminder: Appointments are scheduled in Pacific Standard Time (PST). If you're visiting from another time zone (e.g., CST, EST), please adjust your arrival time accordingly. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals due to time zone misunderstandings.

eGift/Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded.
Any balance due beyond card value must be paid in cash or card.
