Cancellation policy - We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: at least a 3 hours advance notice is required when rescheduling and/or cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 3 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-Shows, Appointment Time Change (Rescheduling) or Cancelling less than 3 hours before your appointment - Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”, and will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment. *If you call / text less than 3 hours before your originally scheduled appointment to reschedule and your desired time is not available and you decide to cancel, this is considered a last minute cancellation and the full amount of your treatment will be charged to your room, credit card and/or original form of payment and no refund will be given. Same rule goes for last minute cancellation (not cancelling more than 3 hours before your appointment time).
When you book your massage online, you schedule it in your current time zone. Massages will be given in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone ONLY. Please make the appropriate adjustments when arriving in Las Vegas. Example: You live in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone and make an online booking for a massage at 2pm. It will show 2pm CST in your confirmation email. The massage will actually be scheduled for 12pm PST. Please don't forget to make the adjustment as a refund will not be given if you show up at the wrong time or not at all. Coupons, loyalty card and other discounts cannot be used with Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
